The Situation
Long employment history, no organised records
A 56-year-old accountant in Bangkok had changed employers four times over a 28-year career. His provident fund records were split across three previous employers and a current fund, with statements stored in different folders and some missing entirely.
What We Did
Document Index session
During a half-day session, we worked through what he had brought, identified gaps by cross-referencing his employment timeline, and produced an indexed folder set with a reference summary covering each fund, the relevant account reference, and where to obtain missing statements from official sources.
The Outcome
A complete personal index in one session
He left with a labelled folder system and a written index he could share with a financial professional of his own choosing when he was ready. He had a clearer picture of what he actually had — which turned out to be more than he thought — and knew exactly what to request to fill the gaps.

The Situation
Employer wanting to support older staff ethically
A medium-sized logistics company in Khlong Toei had 60 staff over the age of 50. HR wanted to offer some form of retirement readiness support but was constrained: they could not provide financial advice, and previous attempts to run generic sessions had met with confusion and distrust.

We designed a two-session briefing structure tailored to their workforce — largely manual staff with limited prior engagement with SSF documentation. Materials used plain language with visual guides. The HR team ran the sessions using our structured format and rollout checklist over a three-week period.
The Outcome
Sessions ran smoothly, positive staff response
The HR team reported that staff engagement was higher than in previous sessions. Several employees requested individual help locating SSF records — which the company then supported separately. HR noted the strict educational boundary made the content easier for staff to receive without suspicion.
