Annuora Co., Ltd. ("Annuora", "we", "us", or "our") is a Bangkok-based organisation that provides retirement readiness information, document organisation support, and educational materials to individuals and employers in Thailand. Our registered address is 12 Sukhumvit Soi 24, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110.

Annuora is not a financial services provider, an investment adviser, or a regulated entity under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand or any other financial regulator. Everything we offer is informational and educational in nature.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website or engaging with any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are engaging on behalf of an employer or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Nature of Our Services

Annuora offers three services, all of which are strictly educational and organisational in character:

• Personal Document Index Service — We assist individuals in cataloguing and labelling their retirement-related paperwork. We do not review, interpret, or advise on the content of any documents. All filing decisions remain with the client.
• Readiness Education Pack — A plain-language educational resource covering general retirement concepts, typical timelines, and signposting to official sources. The pack is informational only. It does not constitute personalised advice of any kind.
• Employer Readiness Briefing (B2B) — A structured briefing pack and session framework for HR teams. Content is operational and informational, covering material design and rollout process. It does not constitute HR, legal, or employee benefit advice.

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing on this website or within any service, document, pack, or session delivered by Annuora constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of regulated professional advice. All information is provided for general educational and organisational purposes only.

5. Service Fees & Payment

Our current service fees are as follows:

All fees are payable in Thai Baht. Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed at booking. Fees may be revised from time to time; current pricing is always confirmed before any engagement begins.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, please contact us as early as possible at [email protected] or +66 2 661 3478. Specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Physical materials dispatched as part of the Readiness Education Pack are non-returnable once delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, graphics, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of Annuora Co., Ltd. unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of our content without prior written permission.

Educational materials delivered as part of a service engagement (such as booklets or printed guides) are licensed for the personal or internal organisational use of the client only. They may not be resold, reproduced at scale, or distributed beyond the intended recipient.
