About Annuora
Making retirement information accessible and orderly
We started Annuora because retirement paperwork is genuinely confusing — and a little order at the start makes everything that follows more manageable.

Where Annuora began
Annuora was established in Bangkok in 2018 by a small group of professionals who had spent years helping people navigate complex bureaucratic processes. The common thread in nearly every conversation was the same: people arrived already overwhelmed by paperwork they did not fully understand and were not sure how to organise.
Retirement-related documents — provident fund statements, Social Security records, employment history, identification papers — tend to arrive in fragments over a working lifetime. By the time someone is ready to act, those fragments can feel impossible to assemble. We saw a straightforward role for a calm, neutral service: help people sort what they have, understand what it means in plain terms, and feel ready to take their next step themselves.
We do not make recommendations about what people should do with their money, their plans, or their retirement timing. That is not our place. What we can do is make the starting point clearer and a little less daunting.
Our Mission
To give individuals and organisations in Thailand a clear, well-organised starting point for retirement readiness — through straightforward information and sensible document structure, without pressure or opinion.
Our Approach
Calm, organised, and strictly informational. We explain without advising, structure without deciding, and support without directing. The people we work with remain in full control of their own choices at every step.
Our Values
- Clarity over complexity
- Respect for personal autonomy
- Honest about what we do and do not do
- Quiet competence over self-promotion

How We Work
Standards we hold ourselves to
Factual Accuracy
All materials are reviewed before use to ensure information reflects current Thai retirement-related regulations and Social Security guidelines. We update content whenever relevant rules change.
Data Handling
Personal documents shared with us during indexing sessions are handled carefully and are not copied, stored beyond the session, or shared with any third party. What you bring stays with you.
Scope Discipline
We are clear about what we do and what we do not do. If a question falls outside our scope — financial planning, legal matters, investment decisions — we say so directly and can point towards appropriate official resources.
Plain Language Standard
All written materials are reviewed using a plain language checklist before they reach a client. Technical pension terms are always defined in plain English within the same document.
No Conflicts of Interest
Annuora does not accept referral fees or commissions from financial service providers. Our income comes only from the fees our clients pay for the services they choose.
Regular Content Review
Education packs and employer briefing materials are reviewed at least once per year, and whenever significant changes occur in relevant Thai regulations or official guidance.
What We Focus On
Retirement readiness information in context
Thailand's retirement landscape involves several distinct systems — the Social Security Fund for employees in the formal sector, provident funds offered by private employers, and the National Savings Fund for informal workers. Many individuals approaching the later stages of their working lives have contributions spread across more than one of these, sometimes from employment relationships spanning decades.
The challenge is rarely that the information does not exist — official channels publish detailed guidance, and fund statements arrive regularly by post or online. The challenge is that without a structured way to gather, label, and read that information together, it sits in pieces. Important correspondence gets filed with unrelated papers. Account numbers and reference codes are easy to lose. The picture stays fragmented.
Annuora's work sits in the space before official processes begin. We help people build the organised foundation that makes engaging with those processes more straightforward. The document index gives everything a home. The education pack builds vocabulary and context. The employer briefing ensures staff receive clear, consistent information at the right point in their working lives.
None of this replaces the official processes themselves, and we are not here to shortcut or substitute for qualified financial or legal professionals. We are here to make the starting point less confusing — and to do that with care, accuracy, and respect for the people we work with.
